Hi!

I had some serious problems with XP. Shutting down programs (imaserv.exe, explorer.exe, etc.) and the whole computer often. I scanned for viruses; no viruses.

I reinstalled XP home.

The trouble has just started now. For two hours ago i reinstalled XP and since then i've had 5 shutdowns. Problems that occured are:
iexplore.exe shutdown
failure 0x77f532bb 0x00000000
memory could not be written

RPC finished unexpected initiated by NT INSTANS\SYSTEM
this happened 5 times during trying to update XP (this doesn't succeed than and the computer reboots)

ntrootkit.exe closed

generic host process win 32 shutdown

What the f**k is happening hear? I'm desperate...can anybody help me?

I've have also problems with the internal clock that does not run always when computer is off.

Please help!

uuhhhmmm....have your nephew re-format your PC and re-install XP the right
way...and PS....this is not desperate.....

Well, thats my problem as well. My program just instantly quits! It is an older prgram but it works well on Windows98. If I change the folder to another destination so that when I open the program and want to open a file it cannot go to the last used folder by default - then it will allow me to open a file without crashing
That's as far as I can figure it out.
