Best Web Album Generator

There must be quite a few out there. I have tried a couple with some
success, but had problems adding text to images.

I do not need FTP built in, as I use other software. Any recommendations?

You might try Web Album Generator http://www.ornj.net I use it for a
Westie (dog) album on my site.. I do modify it some but it does a great job
without any modifying.. Of course it is free!
