Our network are all 2003 servers Our users (staff and associates) all are
using Windows XP Professional.

What is the best way for our IT department to remote into users computers to
help?
Will remote access do it or some other server service?

We are experimenting now with the remote access feature in XP Pro and that
requires allowing remote connections all the time which I understand can only
be allowed by administrators (no users are entered in the allow to connect
list). Is that secure enough?

Being able to work on users computers from our office will save time and leg
work.

Remote Desktop and Remote Assistance are what we are using every day.

That is a relief, Robert. I was on the right track!

I don't have any users entered and go with the "admistrators only" can
remote desktop in. Is Remote Desktop Connection secure enough?
