We have Office XP with Outlook 2002 at work. I downloaded Norton Internet
Security 2005 to one of the computers and have been having troubles for
months getting emails to actually send without restarting the computer
everytime. I tried reinstalling, but it didn't work. Finally, today I
uninstalled it and the emails are sending and receiving with no problem at
all.

So, what is the best program to use with Office XP? I also have new
computers at work that currently have McAfee Security Center, should I just
stick with that or upgrade to something else?

Thanks for any help you can offer.

Contact Norton. Try to make it work before scouting around
for another product. I don't use it any more, but many find
that it is perfectly good.
You didn't define the environment in which Norton is
running. For instance, WinXP SP2's Windows Firewall and
Norton Firewall will conflict. Turn one or the other off.
