Most features: Vista Ultimate

But, the best for what you want could be anything. For some, the best OS for
them right now is Windows XP. It all depends on what you are using it for.

Define "Best".

Best price? value? features?

If you don't need multimedia features (Windows Media Centre, Movie Maker
etc) or data protection (Bitlocker) then Business may be best.

If you want (or need) everything Vista has to offer then Ultimate may be
best.

It boils down to what you want to do with it.

I have Business x64 and it came with Movie Maker.

Ultimate or Business?

Are you asking whether Ultimate is better than Business, or vice
versa.

That's a meaningless question. Which version is best for *you* depends
on which features you need or want.

That said, everything in Business is also in Ultimate, so unless you
include value as part of "best," clearly Ultimate is better.
