Best Theme or setup for browsing

Ok I got XP because I thought it was the poop for multimedia. But I cant
seem to get the speech going very well and I have XP home and Office Pro.
Outlook02 is a big jump from OE6. Anyone know how I can set the software up
so I can be a slacker!
 
Most probably you need a better quality microphone, or better hardware to
support speech recognition.
