Best synchronisation way??

Dear all,

I have one server located in Finland which have an off
line folder of a share folder of an other server located
in switzerland.
Every night the synchronisation is made from Swiss server
to Finland server.

Then some group of person working in Finland office needs
to get all time the latest update of this synchronisation
files from the Finland server.
How those client computer can be connected to their server
in order to be sure then gets the latest update?
