I have been running the evaluation copy of SP1 for a while now.

I shall shortly be getting the full copy of SP2 and wanted to know the best
way to install this. I understand that you have to install SP1 before SP2
anyay, so is the eval copy of SP1 good enough or should I remove that first?
Also what about the database?

Thanks,

Nigel Walker.

Nigel,

Unfortunately, the best (if not only) option for you will be uninstalling SP1 Eval. The database there is also Eval.
With SP2 update you will be gettings Full SP1 which you should install instead.

Just make sure to save off your component SLDs and Repositories.

Thanks KM.

Nigel,
in addition to KM's response, here's a link to a technical paper, on
migrating from the Eval to the full version of XPE...

(no Shameless plug intended) :-)
