the best is the seasonic super silencer SS-400AGX as it's also the most
efficient PSU currently available. most of the other quiet PSUs are just
overpriced, rebadged or slightly modified fortrons. i bought a fortron
FSP400-60PFN and put a panaflo M1A fan in it but that was before the
seasonic came out.

the big names like enermax, vantec, antec that use words like silent and
whisper in the title are anything but quiet.
