What are the best websites for reviews of freeware?

There are different types of review sites. Firsw, there are sites where
programs are covered in depth, with detailed descriptions and screenshots.
But usually not that many programs are reviewed.

Second, the other hand there are "user review" websites, where users can
submit there own opinions. Usually these are structured, with a 1-5 rating
system, spaces to write in PROs and CONs. These can be very valuable too.
Would it be possible to have an official ACF reviews site like this?

We already have a place for user reviews and comments. Programs on the
ACF program info pages are linked to "notes" pages in the ACF wiki.

So far there aren't many "notes" pages. I'd like to move the wiki to the
Pricelessware site and make it more "user friendly" (any minute now. .
..) ;) That might lead to more notes and comments. OTOH most ACF
participants may simply prefer to post comments *only* in the newsgroup.

FYI The full list of wiki pages is here: http://acfwiki.pbwiki.com/AllPages

The numbered links are "notes" pages.

etc. etc.
