Hi! I am trying to insert a company logo into my signature but the
image/graphic is a little fuzzy. What is the best file size for inclusion?

Also, is a jpg best? (or a pgn? like I know what I am talking about...).

Thanks!

Heather

I think you will have to find a compromise between highest quality of
the image, and low file size. I personally would object to receiving
email messages with a signature logo of 100KB or more. In fact, I would
prefer it to be 25KB or less.

Regarding the image format, if your image has 256 or less colors, then
the ideal is GIF. If higher, then try JPG or PNG. Both allow
compression, resulting in smaller files, but lower image quality. Try to
find the ideal balance between quality and file size. (PNG fares
slightly better with high compression and quality.)

This is great help - thank you!
