Belkin Router

I need some help in trying to configure the "Belkin Router 802.11b" to work with AOL. I'm using Windows XP. For some reason it just won't work. Would someone please help

Secondly, what program to I use to open a .bin file. The file was supposed to help with the configuration of the router, but I don't know how to open it. The file name is: FSD6231-4 I got it from the belkin site
