Is that the 2nd level? the 2nd one is weird....he appears once then never appears again for the whole level:confused:

No he doesnt fly by too fast, he genuinly isnt there!!!
 
He appeared several times in every city for me....

I got 76, Man, he fast in Metropolis!

You're right - the first time I played it, I only saw the 'plane, but second time I got to that level he whizzed about a bit - I missed mostly!
