Paranoia comes from experience - and is not necessarily a bad thing.
 
First off, Peter, I am sorry if you did in fact suffer a stroke. But it
seems as if every post you make is so violently anti-Microsoft that I wonder
why you don't just shut the f**k up and either install Linux or buy a Mac.
I am certain that I am not the only one who frequents these groups that has
grown tired of your ill-tempered posts. Unless you have a problem that
someone can help with (other than you paranoia and bad manners), please just
get yourself a big glass of STFU.
