BCM back up

To back up my ALL of my BCM info/dat, do I "export a file", then what?
My choices are:

MS bCentral List Builder Contacts
..csv
BCM data

If I export the BCM backup , whichever file it is, can I then share that
file with a co-worker who can create a seperate profile for my BCM info?
 
To backup, why not use the backup command on the Menu: File/Business
Database.

I've not tried importing BCM data so can't advise there.
