BCM 2003 - set up contacts on SBS 2003

How do I configure folders for contacts and calendar stored on an SBS 2003
server to be used by five people on the network? The users all have Outlook
2003. Is there an article to read? Thanks.
 
I looked at the BCM Team Blog but did not find a reference to
microsoft.public.outlook folder. Should I be looking at a different place?
