Options->BCC. For individual messages - for all messages to the same BCC
address, try designing a custom form that includes your preferred BCC in
that field.

Not a setting, you'll have to customize a form. Is it really necessary
to BCC yourself? A copy of every message you send can be saved in the
Sent Items (or other if you wish) folder. Why not just set it to save a
copy of sent messages in the Inbox, you'll get the same result with less
trouble and less bandwidth used.
