bcc as individual meaasge

When sending a message to several names using bcc in outlook 98 it looked
like each person got an individual message

How can I make this feature work in outlook 2003?
 
BCC is also available in Outlook 2003. Setting dependent upon your e-mail
editor. Check help in Outlook for "BCC".
