bcc and attachment fields

Is there a way to make the bcc and attachments fields always show up at the
top of a new email under the To: , CC:, and Subject fields???

are you meaning that attachments will not show in the body? I am looking for
that answer too.
 
Well attachments always show up but sometimes they are just in the body and
sometimes they are in the attachment box (at top under the TO, CC, Subject)
I would like it to always be in the attachment box.

I found out there is an option to always view the bcc box. Open a new mail,
goto View and check View bcc box but I can't find the samething for
attachment box!
 
I posted the attachment question this morning. use html or plain text
instead of rtf fixed that issue. I do not know enough to help further.
