Baulk Renaming Files

I have a list of files which are numbered 1to200 in front of their individual
file name eg

1- File Name
2- File Name
3- File Name
etc

Is there a way of removing the number from each file but keep the individual
file name?

Bulk Rename Utility is my vote. I've learned my way around the
complication. I like it.
