I have Office 2007 Home & student.
When I print an envelop I don't see where you have the insert bar code
option on the earlier versions of Word.
How am I able to insert bar codes on individual envelopes to different
addresses?

The post office uses its own bar code system.
It would be a complete waste of time to print
your own bar code on an envelope since it would
likely conflict with the official one used by the post office.

Thank You Carey,

Is this something new?
In the past, as you know you had the option of inserting the bar code with
no problems.

Have you asked in the Office newsgroups?

The POSTNET bar code that Word generates no longer qualifies for USPS bulk mailing discounts
http://support.microsoft.com/kb/897290

"In general, the Postal Service recommends that, unless you are preparing
a mailing for automation rates, you should NOT put barcodes on the mail pieces.
As long as the mailing address is correct, your mail will still be processed
efficiently without a barcode—and you won’t need to worry about having the
wrong barcode on your mail. A bad (incorrect) barcode is much worse than no
barcode at all. A bad barcode can cause your mailpiece to travel to the wrong destination."
