You should really get instructions from the advertising
service, but in general:
o The banner URL the a Web location where your banner
picture resides, such as:
http://www.mysite.com/images/mybanner.gif
o The target URL is the Web location you want visitors
to browse when they click the ad. For example:
http://www.mysite.com/products/widget.html
