Banner Printing

I have an HP 882C. I understand the drivers for XP do not support the Banner
Printing function of this printer. Will an updated driver to correct this be
available soon?

Microsoft does not develop hardware drivers for other manufacturer's
hardware.
You should contact HP to learn if they have developed / plan to develop an
XP driver for your printer.

You could ask HP, as drivers are mostly their responsibility.

You're apparently confused as to where you are, so let me make it
clear: this isn't Microsoft you're addressing.

This is a peer support newsgroup. We are all just Windows XP users
here, helping each other if and when we can. We are not Microsoft
employees (not even those of us with "Microsoft MVP" behind our names;
that's an honorary title for having provided consistently helpful
advice) except for an occasional employee who posts here unofficially

If you want to contact Microsoft, you need to do so directly by
