Banner Advert won't publish

Hi,

I'm trying to load this advert but although it looks OK in FP2002 and in preview it just won't publish. Anyone got any idea what I'm doing wrong?

What do you mean it won't publish, it is just HTML in a page, if the page
uploads, then the script would also.

The code works just fine.
