| i'm running XP home edition (probably why i'm having this problem). i read that windows reserves 20% of
it's bandwith and i wanted to change that by running gpedit but aparently it's not there. my friend who's
running XP pro. said that it's in sysem32 and i looked and it's not there (stupid fricken home edition). so
we copied and pasted everything out of his system32 that started with gp and put it in mine and now it says
"snap-in creation failed" when i try to run it. any ideas? or other ways of changing that setting?
