Hi,

Office suite has been removed by sysadmin from my office laptop, since
I'm buying it for myself.

Unfortunately, he removed it by DELETING the Office directory, not by
un-installing the tool.

Now, in the Add/Remove programs, I still have the "Microsoft Office
Professional Edition 2003" and the "Microsoft Office 2003 Web
Components" entries... how can I remove them?

Thanks
Stefano

Hi Stefano,
You can manualy remove Office from the Add/Remove list. For detailes take a
look at the following article:
How to Manually Remove Programs from the Add or Remove Programs Tool
http://support.microsoft.com/kb/314481
Then remove the following keys from the registry:
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\Software\Microsoft\Office
-and-
HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Office

The cleanest way would probably be to re-install the Office suite and
then un-install it using the tool.
