Bad_Pool_Caller Error

Intel P4 2.80Mhz- 800 FSB with Jetway PT800 motherboard + 512 MB memory +
128 MB video card nvidia...operating system windows xp+sp1

I recieved a blue screen error 0x00000007 Bad Pool Caller here is what i got
hen i reboot and a message comes out that the computer had a serious error:

BCCode : c2 BCP1 : 00000007 BCP2 : 00000CD4 BCP3 : 024C0001
BCP4 : 822DB148 OSVer : 5_1_2600 SP : 1_0 Product : 256_1

C:\WINDOWS\Minidump\Mini042304-02.dmp
C:\DOCUME~1\ADMINI~1\LOCALS~1\Temp\WER1.tmp.dir00\sysdata.xml

I tried to update bios and still the same....I took it back to the computer
shop and they changed the memory and the motherboard....in case there is a
fault and still the same problem....now it doesnt always comes out but it is
annoying ... when i brought it from the computer shop I installed agantium
outpost firewall and when it finishes installing it the error occured ...and
then i uninstalled it and installed different firewall and it works....today
when i was reading my e-mail on outlook express 6 this happen again....

any ideas....plz help!

The hd with xp on it still has the data,the replacement parts might have take
care of it but the hd is the carrier.You can do two things,install xp cd,restar
computer,boot to cd,install xp,new copy,this reformats the hd and reinstalls xp
Or install xp cd,restart,boot to cd,recovery,press enter key for password,at cm
screen type:CHKDSK C: /R Type:EXIT when its thr
Any new mb,should have a new installation of xp,even if its the same as before
mfg change components all the time from other mfgs,big mistake on whoever service
the computer not telling you that.

thanks for your reply....but I tried reformating and installed new copy and
same thing happen....am sure no hardware problems is there as i was running
the same cards over my old P3 and never had such a problem...

Hello Scorpion, If your machine is connected to the internet - after a
crash let Win-XP report the problem to Microsoft and then fill out the
'detail' page....! After a bit of time Microsoft will report possible
causes...!
