I have been having problems with my computer rebooting
due to what it says is a device driver problem, but I
have not been able to isolate the driver. The only recent
software I have added (to my knowledge) is Office 2003. I
have not recently added any hardware.

Previously, the computer would reboot only after the
monitor was turned off after 15+ minutes of inactivity,
thus I could not determine anything. I recently read on
the newsgroup that ZoneAlarm and TrueVector may cause
problems; indeed, my system log indicated TrueVector was
causing problems of some sort. Thus I uninstalled
ZoneAlarm following the directions on zonelabs.com. I was
then trying to create a restore point because I was
planning to delete all registry entries relating to Zone
Alarm and TrueVector. When I pushed the bottom for the
restore point to be set I got the blue screen with the
following error:

BAD_POOL_CALLER

STOP: 0x000000C2 (0x00000043, 0xD5431000, 0x00000000,
0x00000000)

I have looked at several web pages relating to this type
of error, but none seem to help. Any suggestions? Thanks.
