Bad Request

I get a error msg when browsing any page which has a space
in the address. it is resolving the spaces in between to %
20
eg: www.google.com/new%20files/

below given is the error msg?

Bad Request
Your browser sent a request that this server could not
understand.
The request line contained invalid characters following
the protocol string.

Pls suggest solution

There's a good possibility that this is being caused by a third-party
program (adware, spyware, parasite).

Sorry, but there is *no* possibility that this is caused by third-party
ANYTHING.

The observed behavior is due to "URL encoding" and is normal.
