Hi,
One of my hard drives had gone bad (or some folders/files could be opened
while some couldn't), how do I recover them? The folders and files simply
appeared on windows explorer and just it was saying the files were locked
and couldn't be opened.
Thanks in advance

Your definition of "bad drive" is not clear. If the drive is physically
sound and you can see the files but get the "not accessible" message then
just take ownership of the files.

If this is not the case, then post back with a better description of the
problem.
