Bad Direct Sound Driver

I am trying to listen to something on AOL Radio and I getthis error message:
Bad DirectSound driver. Please install proper drivers or select another
device in configuration. Error code 8878000A.

Help please! In layman's terms!

Go to the manufactors web site for your sound card and install the lastest
drivers for it.
