Hi all
I'm trying to back up about 20gb on an 80 gb disk.
1. If I try to use the server (win 2003 Server SBS) the backup system won't
pass the files to tape over the network.
2. If I try cd/r it uses an awful lot, and browsing is a nightmare on the
spanned media
3. If I try DVD RW the software (Norton Ghost 9) crashes at the first span
attempt and I get bullshit from Symantec support.
4. Ghost wont pass the image across the Network to a server drive.

Can anyone suggest either a technique, or software that will simply ghost
the disk to DVD or tape? I can't believe that this is so difficult.

Thanks Jimbo

I had a similar problem with DriveImagerXP because my $ 70.00 Lite-On DVD
burner would not image to Maxell DVD-RW's, even though these discs are
fine for copying retail DVD movies.

DriveImagerXP worked perfectly when I switched to Sony DVD-RW's.
