Backup utility does not appear in Outlook 2002

Installed the Personal Folder Backup utility
(pfbackup.exe) for Outlook 2002 on XP Pro, but
the 'Backup' option does not appear in the FILE menu.
Any clues?

Did you stop and restart Outlook?

Yes. I even tried restarting the computer afterward but
still no BACKUP feature.

I did figure out what was wrong, though. The
installation process should add the .dll
file 'outbak.dll' to your COM ADD-INS list, which is
located in TOOLS->OPTIONS->OTHER->ADVANCED OPTIONS->COM
ADD-INS, but for some reason it didn't on my
installation. I did a search for it on my computer,
found it at C:\Program Files\Microsoft Office\Office10
\Addins, and included it in the COM ADD-INS list, and now
the BACKUP feature loads perfectly when Outlook starts.

Hope this helps anyone is a similar situation!
