backup / transfer mail account details

Hi Group
Is there a tool to backup/transfer mail account details from one pc to
another? I have taken the data by copying the .pst file, the rules by an
import/export routine, the master category list with the registry key but I
can't find a means of backing up or transferring e-mail account details.
Any ideas. I tool to do everying would be very nice too Microsoft.
