Backup prior to fomatt

Hello,

I am working on backing up all of my data becuase I am
going to format my drive and do a re-install of the
operating system and software...

Right now I am running Outlook 2003...What is the proper
or best way to backup all of my emails, contacts, and
account settings? If I do an Export as a .pst file does
this just backup the emails? Or does it backup the
contacts and email account settings as well?

DON'T use Export.
