backup outlook 2003 information to a cd

i am looking for help transfering my outlook 2003 information to a disc. I
carry a lap top and want to load my information from the office computer too
the lap top. I have got to the area where i exported the information to a
pst file but dont where to go from there?

Never export a PST in order to transport it to another Outlook unless you
like losing data.
