I cannot get the Backup utility in Outlook to display
Contacts, Calendar, Inbox, Sent Items, etc as individual
options for backup. It only displays "Personal
Folders." How do I get the subcategories to display so
that I can select those I want for backup without having
to back up the entire "Personal Folders" with all of its
subcategories. I only want to back up Contacts,
Calendar, Inbox and Sent Items.
The articles in the knowledge base state that the
subcategories should display when "Options" is clicked.
