backup and restore addresses and mail ?

I have to reformat and reinstall my Win XP but I do not want to loose my
emails, addresses ,contacts and email folders in my Outlook 2002 How do I
back them up and restore my data once I reinstall my outlook?. I want them
to look exactly the way it was before I reinstalled Win XP.?
