Backing up to a static IP address

Cany anyone help with this?

I would like to perform a windows server 2003 backup to a static IP address
at another location and I can't figure out how to configure the settings.

You must establish a VPN (Virtual Private Network).
 
You should talk to your network administrator. He will
probably tell you to run this command from a Command
Prompt after you have established your VPN:

net use S: \\203.101.10.15\\SomeShare

If this does not work then you would need to go through
a set of trouple-shooting steps for which this is the wrong
forum. I recommend a newsgroup that focuses on
networking issues.
