Backing up Schema Master

Schema Master information is included with the Active Directory on the
server in question. As long as you're backing up Active Directory (your
backup software will probably call it "AD" or "System State"), you'll be
capturing the Schema Master's configuration information.

Schema master is a FSMO role, that is backed up with backup of computer that
is holding this role, but you must understand that all FSMO roles can be
recovered using seize procedure if the server holding this role fails and
can not be brought back online.
