Backing up everything

I reluctantly have to send my computer off for repairs. At which time, they
may reformat my computer. I have taken a great deal of time to organize
Outlook: filters, colored flags, catagories, folders, customized address
book, calendar reminders, ect. I have an external hard drive. Is there a
way I can simply backup EVERYTHING in Outlook, so it can be easily restored
after reinstalling the application?

Use the Save My Settings Wizard from Office and make a backup of your
pst-file.
