Backing up data

I have windows xp and I want to back up my data to the CD. How do I go about
doing this?

Backup your files?

Just burn them to CD either using the built-in CD burning software (assuming
you have a CD burner) or your favorite software that does it for you. See
if any of the links below explain things clearly..
