Backing up Auto Corrections File

I'd like to backup the file in which the "auto corrections" are saved. I've
accumulated an extensive list throughout the year, which helps me type a lot
faster, and I'm worried about losing this file as my computer has been acting
up lately. Can anyone help me locate this file. Thanks.
