background-repeat:no-repeat not working - background still tiled

Help
I have tried to set up my outlook stationery signature without any luck. I
found some extra coding on a website but when i have entered this in, the
background-repeat:no-repeat is not working as the background is still showing
as tiled.

Any Suggestions.
