background color

I put my web page's background as white. But my daughter
changes her computer background to green. When she views
my page, it is weird because the background of my web page
turns to green but some of my git images still white.
What should I do when people like my daughter go to my
page and still see the white background?

It is hard to explain my question. I hope it is clear. If
not, please ask me again.
 
You must actually set the page background color for each page to white, not
automatic under page properties or via the use of CSS, external style sheet.
