Backdoor.Madfind Virus

hey, i have a virus on my comptuer named
Backdoor.Madfind. Norton Antivirus can not find the virus
in its scans, but notices the virus when i open up any
program or file on my computer. The virus location is
C:\WINDOWS\system32\svc.exe, but it is not there, and is
not in a hidden file. How can i delete this virus if
antivirus programs cannot find/repair it, and i cannot
find it myself
