I have always gotten great advice here and I hope I can get a hand again.
About two months ago I was able to clean up my system entirely. However,
about a month ago, I began to have conectivity issues again, where after X
amount of time, I can no longer open new IE windows or connect via emulators
and so on. I began receiving a message from my virus checker that
BackDoor.Agent.2.H was present in the c:\System Volume Information\so on and
so forth and I should run the full virus remover to get rid of it, but when I
run it, it says my system is clean!

How can I find it and get rid of it?

Create a restore point (your help app main page has a link to system
restore), and

Start/All Programs/Accessories/System Tools/Disk Cleanup. "More Options"
tab, see the option to delete all but the last restore point.
