Back web application error

I continue to get the back web application error ID 137903 when I am booting up my computer. I have searched Microsoft's website and can not find a solution. Can you help me out with this? It is very annoying.
 
BackWeb has nothing to do with Microsoft or Windows. Do a Google search.
