Hello,

is there someone who can help me ?

In fact, Outlook seems to have some problem to manage a .pst bigger than
2Go.
And I only found the solution to save mail by mail.

Is there any possibility to save one groupe of mail directly (with their
attachment) ?

If your original PST is still under 1.8 Gb and you can still manipulate the
items in it (i.e., you haven't yet reached the limit), you can always create
a new PST (File>Open>Personal Folder File or Outlook Data File, depending on
your version) and move (not copy) to it items from the original. You can
then compact the original to reduce its size.

Would you happen to know of a fix/tool for Outlook 2001 for Mac OS 9.x (not
the Office edition)? I'm currently having a similar problem and I cannot
open the .pst file because the file is over 1.96GB.

Thanks,
~Alex

2GB is the limit for Outlook 97-2002 pst-files. Outlook 2003 pst-files can
grow to an "unlimited size"

You can use this tool to crop the pst-file to a size smaller than 2GB
