Back-up of Outlook

Can some one advise me how to back up all the Outlook
facilities such as Tasks, Calendar, Emails, etc, so that I
can recover them from a disk if my computer breaks down,
is stolen, etc.

My normal CD back up doesn't seem to do this.

export to an pst file then copy pst file to a disk this
then can be imported at a later date. this is done from
the file menu.
